  • Allergies: While our products are formulated to be safe, it is the user’s responsibility to check for any known allergies to gel polish ingredients. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a medical professional.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Le Bella Nails shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. However, delivery timelines are estimates and rely on our third-party courier partners.

  • Le Bella Nails is not responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays, strikes, or natural disasters.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
